Pete Beebe provides business development support to Evestia with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in building, scaling, and restructuring boutique investment firms and multi-boutique platforms. Demonstrated success in driving transformative growth, having led firms through 8–10x asset expansion, successful restructurings, and strategic exits. Proven ability to set strategic direction, execute growth plans, and build high-performing teams across investment management, trading, operations, and business development.

He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, and Spanish from Stetson University, and Executive Sales Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Transformational Leadership: As President of Hillman Capital Management, grew assets more than 10x in 5.5 years by implementing a comprehensive rebranding, pricing, and distribution strategy.

 

Entrepreneurial Success: Founded and scaled multiple investment firms and platforms, including AMG Intermediary Platform, Jones Lang LaSalle Intermediary Business Platform (JLLIPT), Hanley Structured Derivative Client Platform and QBI Financial, successfully executing strategic exits across multiple situations.

 

Multi-Boutique Expertise: Senior Executive in the Virtus and AMG multi-boutique business models with over two decades of experience working with boutique asset managers as well as over a decade specific to executing the multi-boutique strategy. Partner in the development of Affiliated Managers Group’s (AMG) global business platform, recruiting, training and deploying over 65 professionals, launching one of the industry’s most successful multi-boutique models.

 

Restructuring & Exits: Designed and executed turnaround strategies leading to successful sales, including the Hanley Group (sold to StoneX).

 

Global Business Development: Led initiatives for top-tier investment firms including Select Equity Group and Jones Lang LaSalle, expanding client bases and diversifying revenue streams.
